Mini Sessions

Mini sessions are 30 minute sessions that will come with unlimited edit images in a galley. These are typically posted on my Facebook page and have a specific set up.

Will there be a second photographer?

A second photographer can be added to any session or package. It is $25 an hour to add an additional photographer.

Can I extend the session on the day of?

Most of the time yes, however there is a slight possibility I will not be able to accommodate that. I will always try my best however to figure it out! Mini sessions cannot be extended due to back to back bookings.

How will I receive my photos?

You will be emailed a gallery that is password protected. From there you will have access to download, share and print away!

Are deposits required?

I do not require deposits on most sessions, however for weddings and large events $100 is due 24 hours before your ceremony/event time. Also, some mini sessions may require a small deposit during booking. These are nonrefundable, but can be transferred!

What is your cancelation policy?

I will not cancel a session for any reason unless it is unsafe. My sessions are rain or shine and we work through the cold. I understand things happen, I just ask for a 48 hour cancellation notice. If you cancel your session without a 48 hour notice a 25% deposit will be required in order to book or reschedule. If you are a no show to a session, payment must be received in full before you may reschedule or book another session. No exceptions.

How quickly will I receive my photos?

My turn around time is typically 7 days for mini and full sessions. Weddings and large events will receive a sneak peek in 2-3 days and a full gallery in roughly 14 days. If I anticipate it to be longer for any reason I will let you know! You can also choose to "expedite" your gallery for a small fee.

Will you travel outside of Morgantown WV?

Absolutely! I charge $0.35 a mile for any event or session that is over 20 miles from my home base!
This will be shown on your final estimate, which is why it is very helpful to reach out for a detailed estimate!

Cancellation policy

The cancellation policy applies to any and all sessions, no exceptions.
Mini and regular scheduled sessions: a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. I totally understand things happen, but failure to provide a 24 hours notice will result in payment in full required for any future bookings. A cancellation given with less than a 12 hour notice is subject to full payment, as well a payment required in full for any future bookings. A no show to any session will be invoiced the full price of the session, as well as no future bookings until it is paid and full payment for any other session required at booking.
Weddings/Large events: The cancelation policy will be highlighted in your contract. A 24 hour notice is also required for cancellation, if a 24 hour notice is not provided you will be invoiced for 50% of the total fee.

This policy applies to sessions booked via my website, text, Facebook, or any other platform.
